Stop Being A Chicken !!

We read a new recipe we love the sounds of it.. it makes us feel the urge to cook it and feel empowered that we are trying new things in life.. going beyond our regular routines.   but then.. we never make it .. maybe weeks down the road we say ” oh yea that recipe.. Im going to make that one day”  but then ,.. again..we don’t.

I am guilty of this a lot. I get use to eating the same damn things and yes they are all pretty healthy but we need to add some excitement into what we fuel up with. Especially when we come across awesome, healthy and rejuvenating concoctions.  And for those of you that are in a routine with their food choices and these choices suck.. then it’s really time to try some new things.  Ok so for some of you it’s maybe that you don’t like the taste of spinach and the sandy grit it leaves in your mouth after or just eating raw veggies.. whatever it is that you might not like. Well then maybe adding in vitamins, smoothies or Juicing is a great way to get these in that body of yours.  So yes..buying vitamins or a big juicer machine that you will have to start cleaning out too..haha …  this is changing up your routine, I know!!  That’s why I am writing about this.. because these are things that I experience in life, I want to start getting out there more.  Sometimes it’s just the fact that I don’t know where I would even find these ingredients in the grocery store, so that is a lame excuse.  It’s lazy actually and it’s something I want to change in MY ROUTINE!!!

The recipe Neviana posted is amazing.. “A Green Power Smoothie”.. whats better then the sounds of that?  I actually feel like my body needs that fuel to power through my aggressive day.  Tomorrow I am going to get the supplies I need to make it.. “f” my same old routine.. it’s time to mix it up a little.. get out of the box and stop being a chicken when it comes to trying new foods, finding new supplies at the grocery store and creating “change”  in my life!
